Mission
Develop and implement the marketing strategy of the brands, ensure the management of their  life cycles, and assess new business opportunities  in order to maintain a healthy business growth for the organization  
Main Responsibilities
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Deliver financial objectives (sales, profitability) in line or above the budget
Management, development and motivation of the brand managers . 
Budget forecast and growth perspective 
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Participation to the budget meetings.
Analysis and competitive intelligence.
Design & Implementation of strategic project
Follow-up of action plans and return on investment.
KOL Management.
Design & deploy MCE Roadmap with custmer journey
Accelerate digital initiatives implementation and using the omnichannel Approach
Qualifications
• Education
Post-graduate degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology or veterinary sciences or marketing background.  / MBA Marketing
•  Work experience:
2 years of experience As marketing manager. or 3-5 years of experience Brand Manager
• Skills
Project management skills 
A good anticipation of the market expectations and of environmental changes.
Creativity
Computer proficiency 
French and English proficiency
Communication techniques skills 
Familiar with the pharmaceutical sector organization in Algeria, as well the stakeholders and decision makers,
Good knowledge of English,
