Are you a natural leader looking for hands-on experience in management? We are looking for experienced managers to join our online French tutoring platform (Lingoculture, LLC). As a management intern, you will spend time looking for the best teachers suiting our company, managing their schedule, learning the business, rotating through various operational areas including schedule Programmation, and Customer Service. In the role, you will help systemize the intern operation of the company, managing teachers and coordinators to drive business results and create positive customer experiences. We are looking for a manager with high communication skills to motivate, grow, and stimulate our teacher department.
About the company :
LingoCulture is an American LLC that offers Unlimited one-on-one online French classes for 149$/mo. Our teachers are primarily bilingual North African teachers with mainland French accents willing to teach French to English speakers worldwide. Via our platform, students will book classes from 10 am to 2 am UTC+1 and we’re looking for a manager to perfectionism our intern systemized operations. Responsibilities : Operation Manager (In an online tutoring Platform)
Systemising the hiring and managing process
Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional tutoring service and drive for a great experience for our teachers
Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly growing company
Actively Looking for *good* French teachers all over North Africa
Managing the Professors’ Schedule/Folders/ Payment and more (Everything that
includes our professors)
Coordinating and managing other coordinators: Reacting to any problem related to our teachers' missing or delay: that includes finding a replacement to the teacher and answering any problem or question students may have during his time slot. (At the beginning)
Can include Student support
