What you will do:
coordinate the talent attraction process directly and through the recruitment agency in Algeria: run candidate sourcing and recruitment, prepare the job ads, review CVs, conduct interviews, send and collect related tasks if required for a specific job function;
administrate the candidate database and related documentation, maintain reports and trackers;
coordinate onboarding and help teams build their competencies required for work;
facilitating internal interviews;
contribute towards the execution of internal mobility in Algeria;
assist in organising company events for employees;
develop and maintain close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;
assist the HR team with other project support as required.
What we expect:
experience in HR functions and a good understanding of talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding; 
people-oriented, a can-do and result-driven approach;
ability to build and effectively manage relationships;
strong interpersonal and organisational skills, open-minded critical and creative thinker, eager to learn, and a great team player;
fluency in English and French, both verbal and written.
